Complete FS joins Precise Mortgages secured loans panel

Complete FS, the intermediary specialist lending packager, has been appointed to the newly launched secured loans division of Precise Mortgages.

Complete FS, which is based on the South Coast, enjoyed a big leap forward in all areas of lending in 2013, but according to Director, Phil Jay, 2014 will be the year that secured loans break through as a mainstream product. He said, “We have watched the advances the secured loan sector has made in 2013 and believe that this is going to be a major area of interest from intermediaries and their clients this year. With the change of regulator in April, we feel that secured loans will become a staple of the lending market. That is why we are delighted that Precise Mortgages have picked us as one of their partners for this exciting new range of secured loan products as we have been strong supporters since they launched.”
