Secure Trust Bank added to Complete FS lending panel

Secure Trust Bank has added mortgage packager Complete FS to its partner network. The bank said this would help customers with more complex incomes access appropriate lending products. Complete FS offers a range of mortgage products, including complex prime, near prime and buy-to-let as well as secured loans and bridging finance.

The partnership will give Secure Trust Bank access to Complete FS’s network of registered intermediaries. Secure Trust Bank launched its mortgage division earlier this year to support residential customers under-served by traditional high street lending. Financing is typically provider over a term of up to 35 years, with shorter-term fixed rate options.

Complete FS director Tony Salentino says: “We are delighted to add Secure Trust Bank to our specialist lender panel. In a short time they have demonstrated a desire to support the intermediary market with individual underwriting, flexible criteria, quick decisions and a real appetite to lend.”

Secure Trust Bank head of sales and marketing Tony Hall said Complete FS had “demonstrated its ability to support specialist lenders in the market”. He adds: “The team’s experience in distributing these products makes them the ideal partner for Secure Trust.”
