Under different guises Shawbrook Bank has been in business since 1944, in 2011 secured loans and commercial loans were added to the lending portfolio. Today they are seen as one of the newer challenger banks looking to help intermediaries with a range of tailored products fitting a variety of commercial and residential needs. Complete FS became a broker partner with Shawbrook early in 2013 and by October 2013 had become one of only 20 strategic partners. Complete have recognised that Shawbrook have a pragmatic approach to lending, using their experience and common sense to find a way to do a deal that should be done.   • Our loan products are available across residential properties, including: single dwellings, flats, HMO’s, student lets, multi-units and portfolios, as well as mixed use and commercial properties
  • Loans offered up to £10m
  • Rates from 4.20% above 3 month LIBOR
  • Short Term rates – from 0.65% per month up to 60% LTV for standard bridging and 0.69% per month up to 70% LTV
  • Second charge loans up to 95% loan to value
  • Second charge loans with generous DTI (debt to income)
