Phil Jay, formerly Managing Director at BDS Mortgage Desk has joined Complete's board of directors as they start to re-build and diversify their business.
Phil's 25 years experience within the packager community will

be invaluable as we rebuild Complete's volumes and look to introduce Bridging and Commercial Finance to our proposition, says Tony Salentino.
