Rates reduced on all products
Rates start from 0.55% per month
Maximum loan increased to £2m, minimum £150k
Structural works acceptable up to 35% of the current property value
Adverse considered
Grade 2 listed properties are accepted where no works are required
Re-bridge considered on a case by case basis
IVA and Bankruptcy applications are considered if discharged over 6 years
First time buyers and gifted deposits accepted
No exit fees
LTV is calculated against the open market value
