  • Rates reduced on all products
  • Rates start from 0.55% per month
  • Maximum loan increased to £2m, minimum £150k
  • Structural works acceptable up to 35% of the current property value
  • Adverse considered
  • Grade 2 listed properties are accepted where no works are required
  • Re-bridge considered on a case by case basis
  • IVA and Bankruptcy applications are considered if discharged over 6 years
  • First time buyers and gifted deposits accepted
  • No exit fees
  • LTV is calculated against the open market value
