Here are the main changes being launched TODAY:   

• All loans now up to 75% LTV
• Available for regulated and non-regulated finance
• Rates from 0.49% per month
• Loans from £50,000 with NO maximum
• AVM’s now available up to 60% LTV and with no fee
• Includes refurbs - significant expansion to allowable light refurbishments. Ideal for internal reconfigurations, conversions to a small HMO up to 6 bedrooms, and garages and lofts to living spaces

As well as these great improvements Complete will now pay a Proc Fee of 1.50% and don’t forget our only fee is £99 on application.
