Complete FS welcomes onsite Kent Reliance underwriter

Complete FS, the South Coast based packager, has announced the arrival of underwriter, Steve Wood, from Kent Reliance for Intermediaries who will be based in Complete FS’s offices for three days a week.

The main benefits for advisers include having the whole mortgage administration process, up to and including the production of offer letters, all being under one roof at Complete FS’ offices.

Kent Reliance and Complete FS have built a strong relationship over a number of years and having an onsite underwriter is a logical step in closer cooperation.

Tony Salentino, Complete FS Director, said: “We are particularly delighted to be chosen to have an underwriter of Steve’s calibre onsite. Having him onsite on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays means that we will be able to offer greater continuity of decisions and faster service.
