Complete FS, the South Coast based national packager, is aiming to set the fastest time to complete a remortgage with Tandem Bank’s revolutionary new 1st charge proposition.
Using AVMs instead of standard valuations* and a unique ‘lender only legals’ package, both free to the customer, Tandem Bank is promising to radically cut the time taken to complete remortgages.

- Complete FS will confirm before the application is submitted whether a free AVM can be used. Free physical valuations are available up to £700,000
