Budden returns to Complete FS as associate director of operations
Specialist lending packager Complete FS has appointed Claire Budden to the role of associate director of operations.
Budden worked for Complete for five years between 2005 and 2010 and since then has been a key member of the management team within a local financial services firm.
Her main role will be to work closely with the directors and team leaders to improve process and communication through technology.
Complete FS director Tony Salentino says, “Claire’s knowledge of our business is priceless and her experience in management will mean she’ll fit in with the team perfectly. She has proven ability in the implementation of new departments, the merger of existing ones and the retraining of staff against new goals in line with new company structures.”
Budden says: “It’s been amazing to rejoin Complete. They still have the same positive work ethic and have even improved their proposition in recent years. I’m really looking forward to my new role and making the proposition even better.”
