This is the first time I have used Complete FS for a bridging loan. The last time I did one I used a different packager. I can honestly say the process was so much better using Complete and the service has been great. From the first call to Bob through to Emma who has been amazing. My client was going to lose the property and was demanding on her timescales to get the bridging loan completed in a short space of time.
